The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third parties. Demo emails go to an ordinary inbox; the hosting provider also handles request information to deliver this page.
What this website collects
No information through forms on the page. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no fonts or scripts pulled from other companies — every asset is served from the same place as the page itself. That is also why there is no cookie pop-up here: there is nothing to consent to.
The site is static and runs on ordinary web hosting, which keeps standard server logs (things like IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the service. We do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no tracking to turn off.
When you email us about a demo
Every “Book a demo” button on this site is a plain mailto link. It opens your own mail app; nothing is submitted through the site. When you send that email we receive two things:
- your email address, and
- whatever you chose to write.
We use them to reply and to arrange the demo — that is the whole purpose. The message lives in an ordinary email inbox (currently iCloud Mail, so Apple handles it the way any mail provider handles mail). It is not sold, not shared for marketing, and not added to any mailing list. There is no newsletter.
We keep the thread for as long as the conversation is live. If you want it gone sooner, say so — same address — and we delete the thread.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you (usually: your email thread), correct it, or delete it. If you are covered by GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA, those laws give you formal versions of the same rights, and the same address handles those requests. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. Where GDPR applies, our lawful basis for handling demo emails is our legitimate interest in answering messages people send us.
Where product data lives
The website and the product have different footprints, and the product’s is deliberately small. UnityForm runs inside the clinic: the check-in tablets talk to one computer in the clinic’s own building, over the clinic’s own network. Intake records stay on that computer by default.
Optional AI helpers are off by default. If the clinic explicitly enables them through the compliance settings, the clinic computer sends the selected text or audio to an approved provider for transcription, translation, or question explanations. The provider's handling of that data depends on the clinic's agreement and configuration.
UnityForm is not HIPAA compliant or certified today. The current prototype runs on synthetic data only and must not be used with real patient information. Nothing about booking or taking a demo involves patient data — every screen on this site and every demo runs on synthetic records.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. No silent edits.
